All Vintage furniture is sold as is, please contact us for further information or questions.

Items for purchased for in-store pickup will only be held for 7 days after purchase, unless otherwise noted, if you require more time to pickup, please contact us prior to purchase. Once your order is placed we will contact you to schedule a time for pickup.

Furniture items of $300 value or more, are available for free local delivery to Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens only. Please do not select local delivery if you are outside of these areas. Once your order is placed we will contact you to schedule delivery.

Shipping of furniture is on a case by case basis, please contact us prior to purchase, if you’d like to inquire about shipping to a location outside of brooklyn, manhattan, or queens.

Please note that Cabin Modern ny is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. If you need your order expedited, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you!

We hope you love your new production item(s) from Cabin Modern, but, if there is a problem or the item is not satisfactory, please contact us within 1-3 days of receiving your item and we will make arrangements for a return or exchange. Return shipping will be paid for by the customer, all items for return or exchange are subject to inspection, and need to be in original condition and with all packaging intact. All One of a kind and custom items are final sale unless otherwise stated.
